I was thinking about melting urea this spring and was considering using super u. This is the only urea I have on farm, and was wondering if I would get any of the denitrification and volatilization reduction benefits as well in solution form. The super u i have cost me the same as it would to replace with regular 46-00 urea now. I have never melted urea before, and just think it may be a beneficial practice at the right rate and right timing.
Can you melt super u?
