Phillips Rotary Harrow

Does anyone have any experience with a Phillips rotary harrow (or a Phoenix harrow for that matter)? Looking at it for wheat straw management to seed canola into. I was wondering how it would perform on lodged wheat or heavy trash in general. Will it incorporate the mulch into the soil or does it just help spread it out better?
