I know this has been discussed before but I have a question. Im thinking of going to look at a truck that has a 475/550 Cat with a 18 speed but it has a 3.55 diff. ratio. Is this geared too high for grain hauling? We only pull a tandem trailer now but will probably upgrade to a tri axle. Probably wont go to a Super B but like to keep our options open.
