John Deere 4830 lost 4th gear

Customer called last night and said his 4830 lost 4th gear and will not go above 20mph. He can run through the gears on the hydro handle and 4th shows up as its being commanded but will not engage. Since I quit my job at John Deere they will not help me with which solenoids on the wheel motors control what gears. I am suspecting a broken wire or fauly solenoid and can't find an online tech manual for them. Thanks
