I am in the market for a header and have found one at our local dealer. i'm looking for a 930 header and the dealer here has a 930 flex header. i only cut wheat and milo (sorghum) and don't need the flex header but the salesman tells me you can lock a flex header turning into a rigid. is this true? The header is in really nice condition ready to go to the field and the price is very good on it as well. It's a 98 model w/pickup reel and they are asking $6,000. Looks like a good deal to me, but I know nothing about locking a flex head turning into a rigid. any advice would be great.
