Having coffee with dad before seeding his place and he said I should run my mfwd in 2wd unless I'm stuck. Said he was in Deermart a few years back and the service department was full of MFWD with bad front ends. I said maybe Deer has a poor front end? I forgot he bleeds green. Hes a smart guy (Red Seal Heavy Duty mechanic back in the day) but has only used 4wd and 2wd and is a bit opinionated.
I think the MFWD only does a lot in the corners and going straight the rear axle does most of the work? Any thoughts?
