Grain Loss Issues - 8120 w/Shelbourne CVS32 Header

I have a 8120 combine with a Shelbourne CVS32 stripper header. I'm trying to harvest some 55 bu club wheat and I've been running into serious grain loss issues.

Initially I was having trouble with rotor loss, but after talking to Shelbourne they had me install some straight separator bars on my rotor which helped significantly. However at this point I'm still looking too much grain over the sieves.

I did some kill-stalls to take a look at what's going on. Unfortunately I haven't done enough kill-stalls with a properly working combine to know what it all should look like. Here are some pictures of what's going on.

First off, here is a shot of the back of our rotor cage. The front of the rotor is towards the left side of the picture, this is a shot of the rotor right before the discharge beater. I have the large skip wire modules that the Shelbourne rep said would be best and all the rotor vanes are in the slow position.

Here is a shot of the pre-sieve and the front of the chaffer. One thing I've noticed is whenever I do a kill stall (and I've done quite a few at this point) it always seems some of the chafer is clean while other areas are covered in chaff. Just which areas are clean and which are not changes each time.

This is a shot from the rear of the combine looking forward over the sieves:

Here you can see the material before it falls on to the sieves, it looks to be fairly evenly distributed to me:

You can see how some parts of the sieves are covered in chaff and others are not. I've tried playing with fan settings, sieve settings, rotor settings, forward speed, everything I can think of and I still am getting too much sieve loss.

I have my combine setup exactly as recommended in the Shelbourne app for my iPhone. I'm trying to go 5.5 - 6.0 MPH.

I think the problem is with the chaffer and from some reason material is piling up and blocking off the airflow to parts of it. These parts then dump grain out the back like crazy. I'm considering purchasing some airfoil chaffers, but I don't want to spend the money and take the time to get them if they aren't going to help. Any insight anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated!
