Hi,
I will be challenging the 1a practical driving test soon.
I am just wondering about the downshift on a 13 speed. I assume they want a guy to grab all gears on the way down (including splits on the high end). How does SGI want to see a guy split down?
For example, if I am in 13th, how do they want me to get to 12th? Just slide the red switch back and let off/get back on the throttle or do I have to clutch?
Any other tips for a guy who is challenging this rather than going to 'school'?
I already have my class 1 learner endorsement as I have passed all of the SGI written tests for a 1A license...
Thanks!
