Brandt SB4000 fold issues

Every time it rains we have all sorts of electrical issue with this sprayer.

This morning the RH tilt would only go up not down. Then after a while it was like the fold button was held down and I had no lift or tilt.

Does the fold function get switched at the hydraulic solenoid block or elsewhere in the electrical circuit?

Any other ideas?
