Help with tillage options

Hi, I've been looking around the forums for a while now and can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. I run about 450 acres of lighter gravel based land. As of right now we run a deep chisel in the fall and cultivate twice in the spring to plant corn and hay, trying to get into no tilling soybean into corn stalks and wheat into soybean stubble. I want to reduce my tillage, but also get my manure and cover crops (new to them also) worked in. I'm not sure vertical tillage would work as a 6000gal tank packs the dirt pretty good but I'm curious if any others have tried it and had luck? Also wondering if I could use a regular disk drill to seed into vertical tilled land could work instead of using a no till drill? I want to do more of my own work but no till drills are expensive. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
