should i be worried about my wheat?

First time growing wheat, seeded 29-30 of april and still hasn't germinated... can see some patches coming up but most of feild is still black.
had rain a few days after seeding and it's been fairly cold so just wondering if this is normal?

FWIW Neighbors wheat feild right beside mine looks about the same...
