Seeding soybeans for the first time with a Bourgault 5710

Located in south central Manitoba and looking to plant some soybeans for the first time this spring. We currently have a Bourgault 5710 on 9.8 inch spacing with paired row stealth openers (that give about a 4 inch spread). Cart is a 6450.

Beans to be grown are a solid seeding, "stick" variety.

Just wondering if we are good to seed them with this unit or else should I get them custom seeded by a neighbor who has a John Deere 1890 disc drill (can seed them on 7.5 inch or 15 inch spacing)

If I do use the Bourgault, any tips in terms of what seeds per acre I should shoot for? Also anything I should look out for? (such as fan speed, loading them into the tank with the auger, speed, depth, etc.)

Sorry for all the questions, just want to do it right! Also just an fyi (and I realize this isn't ideal at all) but field was round-up ready canola last year and invigor canola the year before...so I'm thinking of hitting it with a preseed burn off of glyphosate and heat for residual as well as will be spraying something in crop with the glyphosate for the volunteers as well if anyone has any suggestions there for what product would be best. Also looking to plant a bit higher population to help compete with the weeds as well.

Will be rolling them hopefully a day or two after planting as well.

Thanks in advance!
