New to john Deere carts came from bourgault and I was trying to calibrate my cart for the first time today and it says to first set your transmissions to 50 and than I turn on my hydraulic crank and it cranks out around a 100 revolutions and I weighed it and it gave me a number to set my transmission at but it was a fair ways away from fifty it was 24 so I set it to 24 and went to recalibrate it Again cause on my bourgault cart usually the first time you calibrate it gets you close usually within 5 percent but than if you calibrate it again it gets you to within 1 percent but on the Deere when you go to calibrate with your new transmission setting it asks you again to put the transmission at 50 again before you calibrate? Isn't that defeating the purpose cause it's gonna give you the exact same result again than. Or do you just ignore that message and calibrate it with your new transmission setting?
