I have an case ih mx270 have just got a trailed fert spreader with hydraulic brakes thinking it would be good to have them working off the foot brake hydraulic circuit. This is an option but not fitted to my tractor, has anyone retrofitted hydraulic brakes for trailed implements is it a big job cost ect. Or possibly just run trailer brakes off hydraulic remote circuit and not have the slack adjusters on the s cams wound on to hard ?
