So after sitting in the shed all winter because it was too bloody cold to work on, I'm finally trying to figure out what's wrong with this thing. First it would only work in reverse, not forward. Then it started working again. For a few hours. Then it wouldn't do anything, but kept blowing the for/rev 10a fuse on the right side side of the console. Recently changed all the big square relays down there and put in new fuses. Now it will sometimes work and sometimes not and sometimes when it doesn't work it blows the fuse again, but not all the time.
Can anyone suggest where to go from here?? Check the shuttle control beside the wheel? Swap the solenoids? Start ripping into the wiring? Anyone had anything even remotely close to this before? As usual, any and all help is greatly appreciated.
