Bought a john deere 4830 with 400 hours early last year, and have had a excellent run with it, 0 breakdowns or anything.
Last month or two, boomtrac pro has been playing up, and the hydraulics on the lift/lower sometimes stop working all together. That only happens once a week or so, but today took a whole new turn.
The sprayer wont move out of park regardless of gear or revs (only happens for about 20 seconds) It slammed itself into neutral today, then into park. sounded awful.
I have lost huge amounts of power, will not climb up hills, and hydraulics are slow. I've replaced the hydraulic oil a few weeks ago, so its not that. I will check filters etc.
Also, greenstar is showing that some sections arent spraying, when they are, and i randomly loose engine revs.
but i was wondering if anyone else has had the same problems? we are about to start seeding this week and it couldn't have happened at a worse time. I cant get hold of my dealer, and im about to burn the bloody thing.
