So it's dry , the pasture is about toast and the cows area starting to lean on fences. One pasture I got a psycho Neighbor that phones constantly worrying the end of the world that will surely come if a calf squeezes through . The fence is old and is poor so I have an electric fence wire that is fully insulated on his side. When it gets dry like this they don't work so well. Any advice on making them work better when the ground is dry ? I'm wondering if pouring some water around the ground rods will help? Some of you Aussie ranchers must run into this problem?
