S67 capacity?

Today I cut a few acres with the S67 and 35' 9250 for the first time. I plugged the feederhouse in less than an acre and after that I found myself being quite timid with it. When I plugged the feederhouse I was going 4.5 mph and I hit a really good spot in a field that will likely average 40 to 45 bu/acre. If I were to take a wild guess, I would say the high yielding spot was maybe more like 60+ bushel wheat.

So now I'm trying to develop reference points in regards to how much capacity the machine has. First off, in dry wheat, how fast can you go and still cut the wheat off with new sickle sections? Can a guy sustain 6 mph in lower yielding wheat?

Next, how many bushels per hour can a guy expect in dry wheat if the yield is good enough that ground speed is not the limiting factor? Can you do 1500 or 2000 bu/hour in good wheat?

Will I likely experience rotor loss first or shoe loss?

I am not quick enough to analyze things in real time yet but I don't think the cylinder was anywhere close to plugging when the feederhouse plugged. Is that common?

Any tips for maximizing productivity for a totally new operator would be much appreciated. Thanks.
