M3 settings in Spelt

Seems as I've been asked to combine some organic spelt for a friend of mine. Just curious on settings or any advice. I've never combined spelt before. I have wide spaced bars and for wheat I run cylinder almost as close as possible. I am assuming I will have too open cylinder up as the spelt they don't want threshed out of hulls.


Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
