Hi guys, I have a couple questions.
1. Is it ever going to stop raining? Tired of this rain every 3-4 days.
2. Last year I planted a small field of 15 acres into straight trefoil, was looking into taking the field off as seed. It was barley and then oats for the years before then sprayed with glyphosate to clean up. planted at 5lbs/acre trefoil and given some 11-52 to help it along this spring. walked it to pull out some yellow-rocket weeds and the trefoil is there but the whole field has quackgrass on it. So... Is there something I could do to knock the quack back to give the trefoil a chance to overtake? Do I call this year a bust and cut for haylage before the quack goes to seed and hope for next year? With all the rain looks like the tonnage might be good as forage but was hoping on seed.
Ideas?
