Picked up some serrated rock trap bars for our 1680. Was hoping for some installation pointers, we run corn, soys, and wheat. I see that they are slotted on the mounting holes, is it better to have them out farther on the beater too grab material, or closer to keep the beater smaller? Also they have a curved tip, would this be better tipped forward or backward in relation to beater rotation? We were having some back feeding issues in wheat last year, nothing that bad but have since going to a 30 ft head from a 25, any idea if this will help? thanks in advance!
