I wasn't satisfied with the chop of my 9870.I had a 9860 with a mav by redecop upgrade and it did a better job.I ordered a redecop replacement blade kit for my johmndeere chopper hoping this helps,I'd like to hear anybodies opinion that has done this, thanks
