Dow DUD Frontline Herbicide

I am wondering how many growers and custom applicators out there had the bad luck of getting the 2 lots of Frontline that has been percipitating and leaving cronic residue issues in sprayer plumbing systems . Our Dow rep has been very responsive and on the ball dealing with crop injury issues . My concern has been with the higher ups at Dow who in my opinion have not been on the ball dealing with the issue of constant residual crystals showing up in the strainers and spray tip screens . All the All Clear in Canada cant seem to shake this crud out of the system . In my opinion the chemists at Dow should have had an antidote chemical to neutralize and strip the Frontline residue out of a guys sprayer within 48 hours of these issues occuring . Have sprayers with stainless boom pipes been having less residual issues ? In my case we are running a JD 4830 with a stainless tank and poly boom pipes . after running 5 flushes of 125 - 150 gallons each and a 48 hr soak with 3x the reccommended rate of All Clear and pulling each nozzle used after spraying Frontline I am still finding build up on the spray tip screens even after running close to 8000 gallons of spray solution thru the booms on non susceptable crop . I would be really upset if I was a custom applicator especially if they had alot of Liberty acres which from what I was told had shown the most severe injury issues .Not an experience that I never want to deal with again .
